No refunds
All purchases at The Arena Convention are final and non-refundable. This applies to attendee tickets, vendor booths, sponsorships, and any add-ons or merchandise sold by the convention.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: change of plans, scheduling conflicts, no-shows, travel disruptions, or dissatisfaction with the event.
